When you join T&T, you'll be part of a friendly, people-first environment with us right by your side. Everyone has their place and their own way of working, and we’ve also put arrangements in place to be able to support you every step of the way:
Your manager: Your go-to contact throughout, supporting your professional development in close cooperation with the HR Manager. This will allow you to build on your skills and expertise and ensure that your project runs smoothly as part of the commercial and technical partnership with our client.
The HR Team: A key component of our organisation, our HR Manager will be on hand throughout your time at T&T, happy to answer any administrative questions you may have. They will also guide your professional and personal development within the company.
Your mentor: Right by your side from the very first day of your project, your mentor will facilitate your integration in the client's ecosystem, answering your initial questions and helping you find your bearings on the client's site.
Your on-site contact: An experienced consultant responsible for instilling and conveying the T&T team spirit at our client's site. They are the key link between our team on the client's site and our HR Manager, as well as your go-to contact for all matters.
