Business Architect - Customer Master Data (Consultant)

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect or Senior Consultant to support us in shaping our new Customer Master Data solution. This role is key in helping us understand cross-country business requirements, identify overlaps, and define a future-proof, group-wide approach to customer data.
What you will do
Perform a “fresh-eyes” assessment of the functionalities we have developed so far
Compare these with our legacy systems and existing ecosystem to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities
Align findings with group-level requirements across multiple countries
Propose a clear, actionable, and scalable solution for our new customer master data platform
Deliver tangible outputs including recommended attributes, workflows, potential pitfalls, and key design principles
Support us in building a modern, long-term solution that avoids the limitations and historical decisions of legacy systems
What we are looking for
Proven experience in large-scale or cross-country business solution design
Strong analytical mindset and ability to structure complex requirements
Demonstrated track record of delivering similar studies or transformation projects
Deep understanding of customer master data, business processes, and current market standards
Ability to translate analysis into practical, implementable recommendations, not just presentations
